Cuttle Construction was registered on 5 January 2000.

The two initial Directors were Terry Wilkinson and Michael Cuttle.

Terry brings over 30 years of experience within the Construction industry. From taking early apprenticeship in carpentry as a teenager growing up in Australia, he has developed considerable industry acumen whilst overseeing growth to more than £5,000,000 turnover in a previous company. Terry has a BA degree, is a Master of Business Administration and is a member of the Association for Project Safety. All this gives considerable expertise and the ability to plan, programme and manage successful projects on site.

Michael ran a small but dynamic building company of his own and then joined forces with Terry to form Cuttle Construction and a strong management team. Michael knows construction from the grass roots: his major skills lie in site control and client liaison.

Terry and Michael were joined two years later by Seamus Kenny, who is the Company Surveyor.

The business objective was to develop a new building company which could provide a fast, responsive service for smaller new build and refurbishment projects.

This objective still drives the business, with the client being the focus of attention.
