The company were asked to tender for the complete refurbishment of a luxurious flat located in Belsize Park under the direction of Watkinson and Cosgrave, of whom a long standing working relationship exists.

The main scope of works involved the replacement of the high specification kitchen, the installation of three high specification bathrooms and internal decoration throughout and the laying of limestone tiling and all plumbing and electrical alterations. Boundary fencing and landscaping were also provided to the rear garden.
