A replacement gloss finish kitchen was provided and installed with integrated appliances and a Maia Solid Surface Worktop with seamless joints was also installed. 

 

 

Two bathrooms and one shower room were stripped out and re-fitted with good quality sanitary ware and oak WC and WHB housings. All were fully tiled.

 

The entire property had new carpet installed throughout and an engineered timber floor in the living room.

 

All ironmongery was replaced throughout with brushed chrome finish handles, knobs, locks etc.

 

All electrical fittings were replaced with brushed chrome type.

 

The property was re-decorated throughout.
