We were successful in our tender to provide a new-build staff training facility and canteen for a contemporary, prestigious four star hotel located in West Kensington. This project was completed within time and at a cost of just under £300,000.
The architects were Ashleigh House Developments who were given our details during tender stage by another architectural company we had worked with previously.
The specification of works was:
- Demolish existing welfare facility to cart away mass concrete foundations.
- Pre cast suspended hollow core concrete floors to ground and first floors.
- Cavity brick and blockwork
- Structural steel roof structure with timber infill.
- High specification tiling
- Automatic WHB tops and WC cisterns in line with the Hotel’s policy on water conservation.
- Mechanical and electrical services
- Air-conditioning
- Powder coated aluminium external windows and doors
- American Oak laminate internal doors
- External landscaping.
Following on from these works we have since carried out the removal of existing mesh screen and the creation of a new entrance canopy and flamed granite paving to the forecourt of the K West Hotel.
