We were successful in tendering for Guy Greenfield Architects for the construction of a new timber extension to an existing music studio. This was carried out during 2006 with a project completion value of £58,596.00
The works comprised of the following:
- General strip out of partitions and fixed furnishings. Set aside loose furniture and store.
- Construction of a new party wall between flats, plastered and decorated on both sides.
- Flat 1 – Insertion of new partitions with sliding and pivot style doors. New vinyl floor throughout affected areas. New single space extension clad in timber with partially sliding glass door and fixed rooflight. New store on terrace attached to new extension, clad in timber with hinged doors full height.
- Flat 6 – Retained as shell. All electrical components to be stripped out and power capped. Separate meter which was linked to Flat 1.
