Taylor, Williams Daley Partnership employed us to carry out external repairs and redecorations to a property in Warwick Square. This was an eleven week contract which was completed exactly on budget for the sum of £28,062.

• Supply, erect and maintain tubular scaffolding.

• Sweep and clear all high level roof levels
• To rear lower roof take out defective slates and replace with second hand natural slates to match existing
• Pointing and rendering to external elevation
• Break out defective concrete window cills and cast new cills to match existing
• Remove all external timber boxing and supply and fit new
• Overhaul all external windows and doors to building
• Window repairs using Window Care System
• Seal all joints using Window Care Profi
• Repair all wood decay affected areas
• Paint external elevations
