External repairs and redecorations to Grade II listed 5 storey converted warehouse residential block constructed circa 19th century. Works included timber infill panels loading dock doors to the South West, South East and North East Elevations, as well as to the hardstanding area around the trees on the south west elevation as well as the ground floor joinery items. Repairs and redecorations to the gates and bollards located on the hardstanding to the south west elevation. Works also include decorations to the downpipes, hoppers and associated metalwork on three elevations.
