Tottenham High  Street

Phase 1 & 2 Shopfront restoration works to the High Street. Many of the buildings were Grade II listed and located within a Conservation area. The scope of the works comprised repair and restoration improvements to individual shops units and residential properties above. Works specifically included new hardwood timber shop fronts, new awnings; security shutter installation; bespoke fascia and projecting signs; masonry repairs / restoration; decoration; provision of power and lighting to security shutters, awnings and fascia signs. Works to the upper façades included brickwork cleaning / repairs; stonework repairs /repair of historic joinery/ lime plaster work/ restoration; decoration; replacement of windows with timber sash; roof works.
